JWFNS FITNESS Boot Camp
The Jim White Fitness & Nutrition Studios (JWFNS) Fitness Boot Camp consists of eight,
1-hour intensive exercise program sessions guaranteed to get you toned!
Prior to your first session of Boot Camp, you will attend our complimentary nutrition course to get you in the right nutritional frame of mind. Additionally, you’ll receive the Jim White Fit-in-30 workbook and have your weight and measurements taken so we can track your successes at the end of the 8-session challenge.
THE NUTRITION COURSE WILL HELP YOU:
- Improve your eating habits
- Learn what to eat pre- and post-workout
- Discover how to prevent many of today’s diseases
- Learn more about how to effectively use food to fuel and improve your body
EACH ONE HOUR, INTENSIVE FITNESS BOOT CAMP SESSION WILL INCLUDE AN EXERCISE PROGRAM CONSISTING OF:
- Weight Training
- Core Training
- Interval Training
- Obstacle course skills
- Everything needed to provide quick results!

STEP 1: Register for either the morning or evening Boot Camp. You will be taken to our registration site to fill out your information and purchase the Boot Camp.
STEP 2: Please review all class dates. If you are unable to attend a session, you will not be able to receive a refund for that session or make that session up at a later date.
JWFNS Fitness Boot Camp is an eight (8) session program held on Mondays/Wednesdays or Tuesdays/Thursdays. Please check the specific dates for each program as it does not cover all Mondays/Wednesdays or Tuesdays/Thursdays in the given month. If you are unable to attend a session, they may not be refunded or made-up at a future date. All participants must sign a waiver and photo release form each month attending the fitness bootcamp.
In Case of inclement weather
Outdoor Boot Camps will NOT be cancelled for inclement weather, but will instead be held at our Hilltop studio location in the cardio room. If you are uncertain about the location of Boot Camp due to weather conditions, please call our Boot Camp Hotline:
