The JWFNS dietetic staff are holding one-day Nutrition Boot Camp classes that will include: nutrition education, daily meal plans, exercise prescription, healthy eating out and snacking guides, and much, much more. Jim and his staff will be hosting each class, unloading their secrets of weight loss that have helped hundreds lose thousands. This program will help you lose weight and keep it off...FOR GOOD!
OUR NUTRITION BOOT CAMP WILL INCLUDE A 1.5-HOUR PROGRAM DESIGNED TO HELP YOU:
