Jim White

You know that skinny, awkward kid you saw in junior high school? That was Jim White. But his brother showed him around the weight room and the rest, they say, is history. Today, Jim is a graduate of Youngstown University in Ohio, Summa Cum Laude, with a B.A. in Nutrition. He is a world-​renown​ed health profes​sional, Registered Dietitian and spokesman for the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, and is certified as an Exercise Physio​logist and spokesman for the American College of Sports Medicine. Over the last decade He has spoke to 1000’s, created media messages to reach millions, and helped transform the lives of countless indivi​duals. He has a passion for fitness (competing in physique compet​itions and running marathons). He wants to extend this passion to more people and give sound advice to help get them in the best shape of their life.

Jess Horton

Jess Horton is a runner. She began running compet​itively in high school and has been running non-stop ever since. Luckily for our podcas​t—Real​ly Truly Fit with Jim White—she also likes to run her mouth, which is a very good thing in this case. Like Jim, Jess, a Certified Personal Trainer by the American Council on Exercise, has a passion for living a healthy lifestyle. Just as she attacks any good marathon, Jess likes to help people who are new to fitness or who have gotten away from it take it one step at a time. Her goal? To simply help you feel better.
