Jim’s personal mission is to inspire others to have healthier and more fulfilling lives through proper exercise and nutrition. Not only has he created a program that proves itself time and time again, he’s assembled a stellar team that is just as passionate as he is. Besides being a successful business owner, he’s a national spokesman for the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, on the nutrition and fitness advisory board for Men’s Fitness and Oxygen magazines and a monthly contributor for RadioMD. On top of THAT, he’s a really nice guy.
While we have always known and advocated for following a sound fitness AND nutrition program, we are also mindful of the entire mind/body experience. That’s why we’re passionate about creating programs and educating our members about what it takes to be REALLY, TRULY FIT…now, and for a lifetime. And we don’t just preach this philosophy, we practice it as well. Because it’s the truth…and it works.

ALL of our fitness and nutrition coaches are credentialed by the top certifying bodies in their profession, specializing in various subdivisions of fitness, including weight loss, athletic training, sports nutrition, disease prevention, special populations, childhood and teenage fitness, and much more.
We have trainers with a wide variety of interests and areas of focus…and we’ll pair you up with the one best suited to your needs.
Our team of expert, Certified Personal Trainers and Registered Dietitians/Dietetic Technicians Registered, are ready to evaluate, train and motivate you through a fitness program that’s right for you. From basic to advanced, private, semi-private and small groups, boot camps and nutritional education events…we’ve got you covered.

Because we believe in giving back to our community, making it healthier and stronger, we’ve started the Jim White Fitness Foundation in an effort to make a contribution and a difference.
