Mya is a recent graduate from Old Dominion University with her degree in public health. Growing up she played tennis, lacrosse, and ran cross country, leading her to find her love for all things fitness related. She values balance as a key to a healthy lifestyle, helping others change their lives, and building lasting relationships with her clients. Mya believes that mental health is just as important as physical health and strives to help all individuals in need. It’s important to Mya to make each of her clients feel welcome, comfortable, and cared for on a deep level.
