Rosalyn takes the approach that good nutrition should never feel restrictive, and earned her Master’s Degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from Loyola University of Chicago. With over a decade of experience as a dietitian, she has a special interest in kidney disease, including experience as a renal dietitian, nutrition manager, and nutrition services advisory board member for an outpatient dialysis organization. Rosalyn also enjoys working with clients for weight management, malnutrition, cardiovascular health, diabetes, and hypertension. She is committed to empowering her clients to take control of their health through informed food choices.
