Nick graduated from the University of Wisconsin with a BS degree in Biology and worked in a world-leading cancer research lab at the University of Chicago. He returned to school to graduate from Russell Sage College with a certificate in Nutrition Science. He then completed his dietetic internship at the Edward Hines, Jr. VA Hospital. Nick wants to help clients identify nutrition misinformation, and stick to plans backed by scientific research. Jaison graduated from Old Dominion University with a Bachelor and Master of Science in Exercise Science. He is currently pursuing a PhD in Applied Kinesiology at ODU.
He serves as the doctoral assistant for the ODU Human Performance Laboratory assisting and overseeing research projects that seek to better understand how diet, supplementation, and exercise interact with the gut.
Jaison worked as a sports scientist and strength/conditioning coach at Liberty University. He lives in Norfolk with his beautiful wife, Jessie, and their two dogs, Sophie and Max.

She earned her BS in Nutrition and Dietetics from Radford University and joined the Jim White team. She then went on to complete her dietetic internship at Central Michigan University.
Sara understands that everyone has their own personal food philosophies and encourages healthy relationships with eating.
On the weekends you can find Sara staying active and getting creative in the kitchen.

As an RD, Lacey is passionate about building strong relationships with people and being a part of the journey to lead their healthy lifestyle.
