After receiving her degree in International Studies, she decided to pursue her passion in the fitness and wellness field. Having grown up participating in competitive cheerleading and swimming, she was always active, however, she had inconsistent dietary and exercise habits. It wasn’t until she and her sister were diagnosed with autoimmune diseases that she decided to get serious about what it truly means to be healthy from the inside out. With many prayers and a complete 180 in their diets, she and her sister have reversed their autoimmune diseases. After years of working the front desk at boutique gyms and seeing how exercise and proper nutrition can heal and transform, she decided to make it her career. She is a NASM-certified personal trainer, nutrition coach, and group fitness instructor. She is there to support, listen to, and celebrate her clients because she knows first-hand how hard and rewarding our health journeys can be!
