Why are your fees not listed on the website?
Most of our programs are unique and do vary in price. Prices may vary depending on your location, commitment level and needs. Just like we tailor our fitness and nutrition programs to fit your individual needs, our prices are no exception. We work with all budgets to accommodate anybody who wants to get really, truly fit.
What if a friend, family member or neighbor wants to train with me. Do you offer discounts?
Yes! We encourage semi-private and small group training. These programs are a fun way to get in shape and can be very motivating. For every additional person who joins the group, the price is discounted (limit four to a group for semi-private and five to eight for a small group).
What do you charge for your in-home personal training service?
Training fees vary from home to home. We have to consider the distance it takes to travel from our location to your location. Call today for pricing.
Do you offer any discounts for your services?
Yes. Our training is month-to-month, but for longer commitments (3, 6 or 12 months), we offer special discounts. Plus, we offer an additional 5% off for all military personnel.
What is your cancellation policy?
We must receive a 24-hour notice for any cancelled session or the session will be forfeited. All sessions must be made up within one month's time.
Do I need to make a long-term commitment when I begin training?
We know life can be very unpredictable. We offer month-to-month fitness packages, however, we do sell longer-commitment packages at discounted rates, and the longer the commitment, the more economical they are.
If I sign up for one of your monthly training packages, when will I be charged?
We allow 10 days from the first of the month to pay your monthly bill. You will be invoiced on the first of every month. Your card or bank account will automatically be charged on the 10th of each month. If payments are made after the 10th, you may incur a $25 surcharge.
If I am training in a semi-private small group and I have to miss a session, can I make it up on my own?
We're sorry, but no. If you are in semi-private or small group training and have to miss a session for whatever reason, the session will be forfeited. The only exception is if the whole group can make up the session on a later day.
I am interested in joining one of the JWFNS studios. How do I go about doing that?
To be a member of our studio and have 24/7 gym access, you must sign up for any fitness package. Once you purchase a fitness package, you are then eligible to become a member. Memberships can be purchased on an annual or month-to-month basis. To set up a complimentary consultation, please submit your information here.
Why do you only accept credit cards or bank drafts?
JWFNS is a highly operable business. We keep things simple and systematic. By accepting credit cards or bank drafts it simplifies our business so we can focus on the most important things: you and your training!
Can you open a studio in my town?
JWFNS has much growth on the horizon. Our goal is to help as many people experience a life of health and wellness. Hold tight, we may be in a town near you!

I just need help with my nutrition and don’t want any personal training. May I just purchase a nutrition package?
Absolutely! You may select any nutrition package without personal training and see great results. But keep in mind that combining both fitness and nutrition will produce optimal results.
Small Group Personal training
What makes Small Group Personal Training different from the other group classes you offer (boot camps/semi-private/one-on-one personal training)?
Small Group Personal Training will still offer all the benefits of one-on-one personal training (such as the tailored nutrition consultation, follow-up sessions, as well as being held accountable by your trainer via text and/or email outside of sessions), but in the setting of five or more people.
Do I have to form a group before beginning?
Nope! Groups will be automatically formed as members sign up. If you want to form a small group with family, friends or co-workers, we can accommodate that, too. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Am I able to determine my schedule for training?
All sessions are pre-determined and listed on our website. You will choose which days/times fit best for you and sign up for those sessions.
So, what happens after I sign-up?
Once you have signed up for your desired sessions, a JWFNS staff member will be giving you a call to fill out additional forms related to your workouts and nutrition.
When do I have my tailored nutrition assessment and consultation?
Once your forms are filled out, someone from our nutrition team will call you to schedule your tailored nutrition assessment and consultation.
What if I am unable to attend a session?
You will forfeit your session. There will be no make-ups or refunds for any sessions missed.
What if I have an injury or am not as fit as others in the group? Will I or should I participate?
The level of fitness of all participants will vary, so the instructions of the sessions will be based on you and you will be able to decide your level. During your first session, you should notify your trainer of any injuries so that he or she may give you alternatives during each session.
Do I need to bring anything to my sessions?
Just bring yourself! We provide all of the equipment and have towels and water on site.
