As a military spouse, she has enjoyed wandering the world with her Navy Pediatrician husband and their three daughters, each born in a different country (USA, Japan and Italy). In addition to being a registered dietitian, she is also certified as a Diabetes Care and Education Specialist. Judy believes in long-term behavior changes for health rather than fads or trends.
