A year ago I never thought I would be where I am today. I have lost more than 50 pounds and 11 inches from my waist plus reduced my body fat to 10 percent. I finally feel good about myself and have gained more confidence than I would ever imagine. I could never have done this on my own. I am grateful for the help of the entire team at JWFNS.
