I started my JWFNS experience pushing 220 pounds and was ten months post-ACL surgery. I went into this with a lot of reservation, telling my Fitness Coach “I run and I ride bikes — strength training is not my thing.” Six months later, I am 180 pounds and my pant size went from a 36 to 32 waist. My running is better than ever! I believe the key element was the nutrition plan — it truly provided the roadmap for success. The JWFNS staff have made fitness achievable, sustainable and fun!
