Since I have been going to Jim White Fitness & Nutrition Studios, I have lost more than 30 pounds, including the weight I gained during COVID.
I owe this to my Dietitian for giving me simple nutrition pointers that I could live with and yet still see a dramatic difference. These were common-sense things that I never knew could show such major results.
I also continue to work with my trainer two times per week. Thanks to JWFNS, my doctors said I should be off my medications in no time!
