For all of my life I have struggled with unhealthy eating habits and yo-yo dieting. After working with my dietitian, I have now learned what a balanced meal looks like and how to fuel my body to help achieve my fitness goals. She continuously empowers me to make my own nutrition choices and doesn’t make the food intimidating. I no longer look to the scale for self-worth and am happy with the woman looking back at me in the mirror.
