I was recommended to Jim White Fitness & Nutrition Studios by a colleague at work who was also seeing a dietitian there. At the first meeting with my dietitian, we spent time discussing my goals and beginning to formulate a long-term plan that would get me where I wanted to be. At that first meeting, I weighed 301 pounds. I felt terrible and was starting to have health issues. Today, I am down 40 pounds, I feel great and am motivated to keep working harder. Their motivation is infectious, and the guidance keeps me accountable. I have already recommended several people to Jim White and could not be happier with the experience I have had since becoming a part of the Jim White community.
