Jordan was born and raised in Virginia Beach. She is married to her high school sweetheart, and together they have two sweet children. If she’s not at the gym, you’ll almost always find her outdoors with her family or working on a home renovation project. Jordan played volleyball competitively for most of her life, but after stepping away from the sport, weightlifting quickly became her passion. She was originally on track to pursue a nursing degree, but after realizing that path was not where she was meant to be, she shifted her education toward fitness and nutrition. She has a strong passion for helping others, and her goal as a personal trainer is to be her clients’ biggest cheerleader throughout their journey while continually learning and growing to provide the highest level of training possible.
