Regan grew up in Jim Thorpe, Pennsylvania, where her passion for nutrition began in the kitchen, cooking alongside her parents. She was part of the first cohort of Texas Christian University’s Combined BS/MS in Dietetics Program and completed her BS, MS and dietetic internship in just five years. During her time at TCU, Regan worked closely with the Department of Sports Nutrition, which helped shape her career path and ultimately led to her becoming the first performance dietitian to work with the pilots on Laughlin Air Force Base. Regan believes food is both fuel and medicine, and is passionate about helping her clients understand how each food can fit into a balanced lifestyle.
