Vincent McGovern’s passion for wellness was built through a lifetime of diverse athletics (Archery, Football, and Track and Field).This deep foundation followed him through college, where he pursued his bachelor’s degree in exercise science at Old Dominion University. Vincent’s primary inspiration to help others stems from his extensive client support experience and valuable work as a Physical Therapy Technician for over a year. These roles taught him the importance of active listening and providing focused, compassionate support through challenging processes. Now, as a trainer, Vincent is committed to turning every client’s goal into a reality.
