As a 10-year veteran of JWFNS, I have overcome tough obstacles and weight issues over the years thanks to the support and guidance of Jim and his staff. With the nutritional and physical education provided, I built a mindful foundation of eating habits and workout regimes. Fitness goals that seemed unattainable are now my accomplishments. In addition, I’ve strengthened both my mental and physical perspective, as mindfulness is key to progress. JWFNS is not just a gym, it’s a family unit that I’m honored to be a part of.
