I began my journey with Jim White Fitness & Nutrition Studios in January after seeing a friend so happy and satisfied with her own results.

I had always struggled to push my limits when it came to working out, so I figured I would give it a try. During my time at JWFNS, I’m down 12 pounds, have gained muscle mass and lost body fat!

For me personally, it has been the best decision to make and I’m currently in the best shape of my life! I am so thankful for the team at Jim White Fitness!
