I have been a weekend warrior for the past 8 years, routinely competing in multi-sport and running events. As such, I came into JWFNS already “workout disciplined.” However, I wasn’t as disciplined with my nutrition or with strength and core training. Since beginning my training, and getting support and advice with my nutrition, I’ve lost 29.8 pounds, 23.5 inches, and 9 percent body fat. More importantly, I have set personal records in several races I have competed in since starting with JWFNS. I really couldn’t have done this without the support of Jim White and his team at JWFNS. They have helped me get more fit and focused than I have been in years!
