After seven years of struggle, sacrificing family, friends, happiness and LIFE, I decided to get serious about my health and join JWFNS. I had been backward-pedaling through an eating disorder, each year pushing myself to further and further limits until my freshman year of college when I hit my lowest point of 62 pounds. Scared for my life, I decided I needed to make a change. Today I do not step on the scale to judge myself, and I am over 20 pounds happier than when I came in. Every day is still a decision to live and there is still room for progress, but knowing I’m finally happy makes the process so much easier. I owe the JWFNS so much and am grateful for them every day.
