I had allowed myself to steadily put on weight and decrease exercise over the years. I was in denial. I turned to Jim White Fitness because I had seen their success stories. With Jim White Fitness, I learned that my success depends on proper planning and portion sizes, healthy snacks and increased exercise. My dietitian made me accountable and acted as my coach and cheerleader giving me great advice along my weight-loss journey. Now 30 pounds lighter,  I am committed to this healthy lifestyle. I feel more vibrant, and some of my health issues have disappeared. I never imagined that people would now come up to me calling me their inspiration.
