Getting physically fit was a goal that seemed out of my reach. When I met with Jim White Fitness & Nutrition Studios for the first time in November 2006; I was overweight, lacking energy, and sure that a workout in a gym was not something I could master. The JWFNS staff helped me make some different food choices and motivated me to try new exercises everyday.

New physical challenges no longer intimidate me…they inspire me. I have lost 20 pounds, gone down 3 pant sizes, 2 dress sizes and lowered my blood pressure. I highly recommend strength training and working with someone as knowledgeable as the staff at JWFNS. No matter your age, level of coordination, athleticism, or lack of confidence, strength training should be a part of your life!
