In February of 2011 I was 335 pounds, out of shape, out of breath and feeling bad about myself. My wife suggested that we check out Jim White Fitness & Nutrition Studios because a friend of hers was having remarkable results with them.
We went in for a consultation and they talked to us about our nutrition and about what a regular schedule of fitness could do for us. They made me believe that I could change both my physical health and my mental well being. They took into account what types of foods we enjoyed and crafted a very sensible and easy to follow diet.
JWFNS has been wonderful and without their dedication, willingness to work with both our strengths and weaknesses, and amazing sense of humor, I don’t think we would have been able to make the amazing transformation that we’ve seen in ourselves.
As of this writing I have lost 95 pounds and am stronger and healthier than I have ever been in my life. And the amazing thing is that I still have a ways to go and can’t wait to see what remarkable things I will be able to accomplish. Thank you to the entire JWFNS team!
