For many years, I have struggled, going up and down with weight loss and weight gain. Any time I hit a rough patch, I would resort back to bad habits. I have had many gastro type health issues and my doctor recommended JWMNT. I ended up having surgery for gall bladder removal and when I finally healed enough, I started getting myself together. I began seeing my Dietitian, who has helped me tremendously. She has given me knowledge on nutrition and the tools I needed to begin my journey. I lost my first 15 pounds with nutrition changes alone, and then I went out of my comfort zone and joined a fitness challenge where I received an honorable mention. I have changed so much, learned to eat healthy, the right way to exercise, and have become more confident. It all started with JWMNT and I will continue my journey to lose weight and become really, truly fit.
