For most of my life I have struggled with maintaining a healthy weight. I would lose weight, but was never able to keep it off.

When COVID hit, I decided I wouldn’t make anymore excuses and I started seeing a JWFNS Dietitian for nutrition. I built a better relationship with food and was able to lose over 60 pounds and maintain that weight.

Now I feel the healthiest I’ve ever been!
