I worked out for many years, but after the COVID shut down, I decided to reboot my fitness routine and joined Jim White Fitness & Nutrition Studios. My trainer encouraged me to push myself outside of my comfort zone, embrace the dreaded burpees and take up spin to elevate my cardio workouts and supplement the weight training. I feel more fit now than I ever have!
