When I was in middle school, I was that wimpy kid with no self-confidence, and I struggled with anorexia. At age 13, I weighed 68 pounds, and was perfectly content with it. I did not realize how much I was harming myself, and when my family realized that I had a problem, I was unwilling to listen them or any doctor for help.
It wasn’t until my parents took me to JWFNS that I saw a team who I could really trust. They were honestly trying to help me be healthy and even got me excited about gaining muscle. After that first meeting, I began to eat more, and over time gained healthy muscle weight, and most importantly, gained confidence and respect for myself. Today, health and fitness is very important to me, and I continue to push myself even further. I even want to become a trainer myself, so that I can help people the same way that JWFNS did for me. Thanks!
