Through my training with JWFNS, I lost several inches and over 30 pounds. I told one of my friends about JWFNS and she joined us. We encourage each other, laugh often, and sometimes complain about the training.  However, we know our health will benefit from the challenges our trainers give us! They are such a positive force and keep the sessions so varied, they make the workout go quickly.

I now have so much more energy because JWFNS taught me how to put in practice good eating habits, along with the weight training and exercise! They helped me kick my addiction to cola. Jim White Fitness & Nutrition Studios have shown me how to live a healthy lifestyle. Thank you, JWFNS!
