My eating habits were always healthy and I have enjoyed working out in the past, but I kept putting on weight every year. JWFNS taught me “portion control” with my healthy eating habits and tailored an ever-changing workout specifically for me. Whenever I would hit a plateau, my trainer and I would discuss my eating habits and my cardio program. They would “tweak” something that would again “kick start” my weight loss goal.

I worked out for years with other personal trainers before JWFNS, but never with any results. With JWFNS, you get results!

So far I have lost 14 inches from my waist and hips inches and over 40 lbs. I am amazed! And I love it! I have gone down 4 pants sizes. Thanks, JWFNS!
