I started coming to see Danielle at Jim White Fitness & Nutrition Studios back in October. My doctor recommended seeing a dietician since I’ve struggled with weight loss for about seven years, and hit my highest weight in December 2016. I was a big time yo-yo dieter and because of Danielle, I feel like that has been forever changed. I have learned that bad days are okay; they aren’t the end of the world! I’ve learned some forgiveness for when I do eat like trash and have learned to eat more veggies and fruit. I’ve grown so much and not just my relationship with food, but also my state of mind. I’ve learned to be more positive again, learned to love myself and feel better than I have in YEARS! Having Danielle around has helped me so much; I’m no longer afraid to eat the wrong things, especially carbs! I’ve learned balance and have completely changed my mindset on food and weight. I’m in the best shape I have ever been and am excited to grow more. Life is what you make it.
