I have struggled with food and dieting all of my life. I tried every diet out there but with no lasting results. Over the years, I developed bad habits and used food as a source of comfort during stressful times. I never seemed to be able to gain any control, which enhanced feelings of never being able to have a healthy routine or weight loss success.

I decided to seek help and met with my dietitian at Jim White Fitness & Nutrition Studios. She gave great advice, but I resisted adopting until several years later. She was extremely patient and understanding and I had just about given up when I decided to take her advice and start meal planning.

It took a month to get into the habit, but now it’s in full force. Not only have I lost weight, but more importantly, my relationship with food is the best I’ve had for the first time in my life!

I do not wake up every morning and stress over how fat I think I am or what I can/cannot eat. That has been a life changer! My confidence has increased and I have gained control over my eating habits. I am so thankful to the Jim White Fitness family, and especially my dietitian, who has stuck with me and helped me start my real life-changing journey. THANK YOU!
