About 6 months ago, I decided that I wanted to get into better shape. In the past, I had always been a very active person who loved to dance, play tennis, and swim. I began to realize that I was losing energy, gaining weight and letting myself go. I knew that I was not going to be able to do this on my own; I needed help, motivation and support. Enter Jim White Fitness & Nutrition Studios.

The JWFNS team met with me and advised me on healthy eating, portion control and proper training. When I would get frustrated after hitting a plateau, they would change my eating plan so I could continue to reach my goal. I lost 30 pounds and have gained more muscle mass and energy than I had before. My goal is to continue training and get my body into top shape. Guys, thank you for working with me and pushing me to change my life — you guys are the best!
