I began training with JWFNS in October, 2012. Prior to that, I rarely took the time to exercise nor had healthy eating habits. While I love being in the hospitality business and owning a wedding planning business, I found myself putting the needs of others first and neglecting my own. I wasn’t making time to take care of me.

Since I’ve been with JWFNS, I’ve not only lost 25 pounds, but more importantly, I’ve gained strength, energy and confidence — I feel the healthiest I’ve ever felt! Taking an hour each day for myself and putting in the work to make healthy food choices is so simple, despite my prior thinking. I love the JWNFS team — they are more than trainers… they are good friends. I am so thankful for JWFNS!
