After recovering from an eating disorder, I was looking for a way to get a healthy. I was skeptical that exercise and nutrition would give me the results I wanted. I was so wrong.

While changing my diet and finding time to work out on a regular basis was rough at first, it has now become routine. I can’t imagine a normal week without salads for most meals and a daily workout. Days without workouts just feel so incomplete.

Not only have I lost over 15 pounds over the last two years, but I have also gained some immeasurable things. JWFNS has taught me that it is okay to love and be happy with yourself. The encouragement of these amazing coaches has improved my self-confidence and overall happiness. I’ve adopted a new lifestyle that I’m happy leading into college and beyond.

I am so thankful that JWFNS has always been on my side and supported me throughout my journey to becoming healthy!
