Before coming to JWFNS, I worked out with a personal trainer 3 times a week. Even though I worked out hard, I didn’t see many results. JWFNS educated me on how nutrition was 80 percent of the equation.
I slowly began to change my diet and within 2 months I lost 20 pounds! I even exercised less training 2 days a week instead of 3, which saved money! Everywhere I go today, people comment on how much my body has changed. I now get in sizes I haven’t fit in for 10 years! They have totally made me believe in myself, the power of nutrition, and that I can maintain my body shape all year long.
