I started my journey with JWFNS as a tag-along with my wife. Already running 25 to 30 miles a week, I thought I was in good shape, but could use a little strength training and to drop a couple pounds. After six months I have lost 20 pounds, gained strength and lowered my mile times by almost a minute… Not to mention how great I feel and look!
