I have been a casual runner since college and have always been a pretty healthy eater. Once I hit my mid-40s, the extra pounds are staying on every year and knew that I needed to do something. In 2010, I had a major health scare, two major surgeries, and a “milestone” birthday. Once I got the “O.K.” from my doctor, I decided to start working with a personal trainer. I did a lot of research online, found JWFNS and the rest is history.

The dietitians gave me a meal plan, and after two months of hard work with my trainer I lost 7 inches and 5 pounds. I started wearing a size two again, something I never thought would happen. I have been working with my trainer for two and a half years and absolutely love it. She varies our workouts and makes them fun and challenging, which keeps me coming back for more. She addresses my concerns and works around any issues or injuries I might have. I also run twice a week and have participated in quite a few 5Ks, 8Ks and competed in my first 10K last year. JWFNS is just simply wonderful!
