As a physician, wife, and mother of three young boys, I have devoted my life to taking care of other people. Along the way, I somehow stopped taking care of myself. I had reached the highest weight of my life and my health was beginning to suffer. My energy was low, my mood was irritable, and my self esteem was dropping. JWFNS helped me make a commitment to myself and my future. My trainer and Dietitian have helped me to understand and value the importance of fitness and nutrition. I appreciate being held accountable for the decisions and behaviors that impact my health and well being. My trainer uses the right balance of humor, honesty, and creativity so that I never get bored with my workouts. I have been inspired to exercise on my own outside of the gym, which has made all the difference. I have lost 18 pounds and I feel better than I have in a long time. Because of the team at JWFNS, I am now devoted to taking care of myself first. I am happier and healthier, which allows me to be a better wife, mom, and doctor.
