Throughout his childhood, from ages 7 to 18, basketball was Alex’s life. He was around sports and fellow athletes all those years, but once he started classes at Old Dominion University, Alex wanted to finally “get the six-pack he never had.” Through diet and proper training he achieved his goal and it sparked his interest in fitness. Alex changed his major to exercise science after he discovered this new passion and has been in love with it ever since. His goal at Jim White Fitness & Nutrition Studios is to help others find their passion to get fit and accomplish their goals. Being an ACSM-certified personal trainer and holding a Bachelor’s in Exercise Science, Alex has the resources to help his clients get healthier and accomplish the goals they have set for themselves.
