Krista Moyer

Krista’s passion for wellness and fitness started in high school as she got started practicing yoga and learned more about the importance of taking care of and nourishing our bodies. Her wellness journey continued in college at Old Dominion University where she pursued her bachelors degree in Exercise Science and a minor in Psychology. She continued to gain more knowledge and experience working at physical therapy clinics and working with patients to support and motivate them through their rehab process. Since completing her bachelor’s degree, Krista has become certified as a NCSF Personal Trainer and Flexologist of Assisted Stretching. She continues to practice yoga and mat pilates and blends her practice into her training style, helping her clients practice mind-body connection and improve mobility! In her free time, Krista loves traveling to new places and trying out new places to eat!
