Kiley attended Virginia Tech where she earned a BS in Human Nutrition, Foods, and Exercise, and has an MS in Nutrition and Dietetics. During her time at college, she competed as a member of the Women’s Lacrosse team, where she grew a deep appreciation for the role nutrition plays in optimizing athletic performance and recovery.
Her nutrition approach emphasizes individualized and evidence-based strategies focused on improving adequacy, variety, and balance. Her favorite part about being a dietitian is empowering others to feel confident navigating a world full of nutrition misinformation so they can make informed decisions to improve their health. In her free time, Kiley enjoys weightlifting, running, reading, and testing new recipes.
