Michael’s love for being fit and active started on the soccer field where he took his very first steps. Growing up, his life revolved around soccer, swimming, and loving the outdoors. He went on to play Division 1 soccer at Old Dominion University where he is also getting his Bachelors in Exercise Science. Michael’s life philosophy is to get 1% better everyday! Whether that is completing a challenging workout, putting himself through a new experience, or just by doing the small things right. He strives to translate that throughout each workout, emphasizing small improvements everyday to create exponential growth. Michael aims to create a culture that embodies positivity, hard work, and dedication through fun energizing workouts. He believes the most important factor to achieving your goals is to put in the work day in and day out.
