Rachel’s love for fitness began with gymnastics and cheerleading, leading her to earn a spot on the cheerleading team at East Carolina University and earning a BS in Exercise Science. After college, she stepped up her game, competing in over a dozen fitness shows, including the Fitness America Pageant and Ms. Fitness USA, and achieving national rank.
With over 20 years in the fitness industry, Rachel is an experienced personal trainer, group fitness instructor, and nutrition coach. She finds joy in helping others reach their fitness goals. Her son, also enthusiastic about cheerleading and tumbling, is a testament to her belief in instilling fitness as a lifelong habit from a young age. Rachel is excited to share her passion for fitness and healthy living with her clients.
